New Delhi: Our teeth allow us to eat delicious food, protect us from viruses, allow us to express our emotions by giving others a dazzling smile. Our teeth not only help us, they also identify us as unique individuals.

Good, healthy teeth help build confidence in people: Our teeth are one of the most important parts of our body. Healthy, clean teeth greatly help to build confidence in people and keep our personality happy.

Clean teeth help keep us happy and energized: Clean teeth give us an air of refreshment in our mouths, whenever we talk or do our daily chores, we have a feeling of refreshment that motivates us to stay energized throughout the day and helps us get the most out of a day.

Aligned teeth: Well-aligned teeth help us to increase our confidence in daily life. We can talk openly and smile brightly, which in turn helps us to feel happy even when we are upset. When we smile openly, the hormones that are released help lift our mood and make us enjoy our lives without falling into depression and poor mental health.

A smile can help strengthen your immune system: The laughter that comes from the heart helps keep our body away from disease. Laughter increases the blood cells present in our body and helps to strengthen the immune system by producing more antibodies and ward off harmful diseases.

Being proud of our teeth is very important to lead a healthy life: If we are embarrassed by the appearance of our teeth, we will not be able to laugh openly, nor will we be able to speak openly, which will take us away from many advantages. With the help of current technological advances, everyone gets a beautiful smile that helps them look and feel better.

Teeth have the power to determine our personality

The shape of our teeth, the size of our teeth and the habits we have related to our teeth indicate the personalities that may be hidden in the world. Here’s how:

The first two teeth: The first two teeth present in the front of the mouth help to show our age to the world. The younger a person is, the more rounded and well-formed the corners of the front teeth will be. As a person begins to grow older, their front teeth tend to become more square and also begin to shorten.

Unique features of your canine teeth: Our canine teeth provide a lot of information about our personality. Sharp, long, prominent canines suggest that an individual has an aggressive personality, while blunt canines suggest a calmer, more collective nature.

Male / female traits: The teeth on the sides of the two front teeth indicate your feminine or masculine features. Female features tend to have shorter, rounded teeth, while males have larger, square tooth sets.

The shape of the teeth: If you have sharp teeth, you are generally considered to have an aggressive personality. The tip of your teeth helps to show the hostile attitude you might have. It may be related to bad temper or a usually rude and punctual personality. People with oval teeth are very organized in nature. They put a lot of effort into keeping things organized and clean, and others consider them to be mostly perfectionists. They are highly configured in their own way to easily deviate from them. Rectangular teeth are associated with explosive and intense personalities. They are also very determined by nature.

Grinding teeth: Grinding teeth is associated with excessive stress and anxiety in a person. If a person grits his teeth very often, it usually means that he is anxious or stressed.
