Veteran Miami developer Ugo Colombo is starting construction on his latest condominium project, Vita a Grove Isle, in the sought-after Coconut Grove neighborhood. This ultra-luxury condominium development will rise on the last beachfront parcel of Grove Isle, a 20-acre private island that has not seen a new development in over 40 years. Vita will offer 65 residences, all with unobstructed views in front of the sea, a large area and exceptional services such as paddle courts and an on-site restaurant. Construction is estimated to take between 24 and 28 months. Coconut Grove has become one of the nation’s most coveted residential markets post-pandemic, attracting out-of-state buyers with its high-end condos, big-name restaurants and bars, luxury retailers and prestigious schools.
More than 40% of Vita residences at Grove Isle have already been pre-sold, with most of its buyers coming from the U.S. Residences will include three-, four- and four-bedroom units ranging from 2,500 to 6,500 square feet . A collection of twelve exclusive penthouses will range from 3,400 to 6,600 square feet each with a private rooftop deck with its own full-size pool, full bath and summer kitchen. Residences start at $5.5 million, with penthouses priced at $12 million.
